This site and the Atonomuse application are operated by CODEGON SRL, a company incorporated in Romania.
By accessing atonomuse.com you agree to these terms. By creating an account in the application you additionally confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the privacy policy; the signup form asks for that confirmation explicitly. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the application.
Atonomuse is an AI-powered social media content platform. It learns a brand from its website, generates content (image posts, carousels and, on larger plans, animated reels), reviews that content with automated quality checks, and publishes the posts you approve to connected Instagram and Facebook accounts. Content is generated by third-party AI models and can contain mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing what is published under your brand's name.
Creating an account is free and requires a working email address. Every new account starts on the free plan, which includes a guided brand discovery, one image post and one carousel. The free plan is offered without a card and without any payment obligation. Free-plan generation is capped for the lifetime of the account; scheduled daily generation and reels are not part of the free plan.
Atonomuse is for businesses, freelancers and individuals who want their own Instagram or Facebook pages kept alive. When you sign up for a business you confirm that you are allowed to act for it.
Paid plans are published on our pricing section. Prices are shown without VAT; the VAT that applies to you (21% in Romania, your own country's rate for consumers elsewhere in the EU, none for EU businesses with a valid VAT ID and none outside the EU) is calculated and shown before you confirm the payment. Plan limits are counted per calendar day and per calendar month in UTC and do not carry over.
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions paid by card through Stripe, our payment processor, from the Billing page of the application. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. Each plan is billed in advance for one month and renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription in Billing; the plan then stays active until the end of the month already paid and is not renewed. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. Agencies and larger accounts may instead be invoiced by agreement, in which case the agreement sets the terms.
Money-back guarantee. If you are not happy during the first 14 days of your first paid month, email us and we refund that month in full, no questions asked, and cancel the subscription at once. After those 14 days, and on later months, we do not refund started periods. If you are a consumer in the EU, this guarantee covers your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal: by starting a paid plan you ask us to begin providing the service immediately, and you keep the 14 days to change your mind through the guarantee.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it for about two weeks and emails you to update the card. While a payment is past due, new posts are not generated; publishing of already approved posts and everything else keeps working. If every retry fails, the subscription is cancelled and the account returns to the free plan. If you open a chargeback, generation pauses until it is resolved.
We may change published prices and plan limits for new customers at any time. For an existing subscription, a price change applies only from a later renewal and only after we have emailed you at least 30 days before it; you can cancel before it takes effect. Invoices and receipts are issued by Stripe in our name; we keep them for ten years as Romanian tax law requires.
You may stop using Atonomuse at any time. From your profile in the application you can download a copy of your data and delete your account; deletion cancels any paid subscription at once (no refund of the running month beyond the guarantee above), disconnects your social accounts and removes your data as described in the data deletion instructions. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, in which case a paid subscription is cancelled as well, and we may close inactive free accounts after notice by email.
All content on this site — text, design, graphics, animations and code — is owned by CODEGON SRL. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission. Content generated for your brand in the application is yours to use; we keep a copy only to operate the service for you and to improve the quality checks that run on your own account.
This site and the application are provided "as is". We make no warranties about the accuracy of generated content or the uninterrupted availability of the service; third-party platforms and AI providers we depend on may change or fail. To the extent permitted by law, CODEGON SRL is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the application, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
From time to time, a government body, law enforcement agency, or other public authority may request access to the personal data of users that CODEGON SRL holds. We handle every such request under the following policy:
Where permitted by law, we will notify an affected user before disclosing their personal data in response to such a request.
We may update these terms at any time. For material changes affecting account holders we will give notice by email before they take effect. Continued use of the site or the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.
Consumers in Romania can turn to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (SOL/ODR). We would rather hear from you first.
